Community Health Fair August 3

The 7th Annual Hillier Community Health Fair is Saturday, August 3 at the Faith Assembly of God, 2001 Arkansas Blvd.

This health fair will be from 9 AM until noon and provides for the needs of families who are preparing their children for school by furnishing backpacks filled with school supplies. The health fair will have physicals for your kindergarteners that include eye exams, haircuts, dental hygiene supplies, groceries, and more.

This free event is named after Marguerite Hillier who was an educator in the Arkansas School System for 42 years. Ms. Hillier had a vision to help this city by sending students off to school equipped with all the supplies they needed.

Children must be present in order to receive a backpack and school supplies. Makes sure to get there early for free hot dogs and chips.
