Lisa made a great post the other day about how to protect your pipes from freezing and possibly bursting in the deep freeze we have all been in for several days, but there is one thing you need to remember... turn them back off.

The one thing you have to remember to do though is, after the freeze is over, turn off your water. Wherever you had it dripping during the freeze you better make sure you have gone back and turned all of those faucets back off. Not only does it affect the overall water pressure in our area but your water bill will go through the roof if you leave even one faucet dripping too long.
