U.S. Thunderbirds Featured at Thunder Over The Rock This Weekend

An exciting thrilling airshow is headed to Little Rock this weekend Ovt. 21-22, Thunder Over the Rock is back for the first time in five years at Jacksonville Air Force Base.

Thunder Over the Rock will feature the fabulous U.S. Thunderbirds flying their F-16 fighter jets as they perform thrilling synchronized acrobatic maneuvers at death-defying speeds.

These real-life Top Gun pilots have been thrilling audiences for years with precision special skilled flying that will leave you breathless.

This two-day FREE event will highlight some of the top aerial entertainment in the country including the U.S. Air Force Academy Wings of Blue parachute team, and the U.S. Army Golden Knights.

Also, thrillseekers will witness a C-130 demonstration and the electrifying Aftersock Jet Truck that will blow you away with its speed down the runway. If you are a history buff see vintage World War II and current military aircraft on display.

Gates are open 8 AM-5 PM on both days. All visitors must go through a security check before being allowed in the base.
