Lewisville, Stamps, and the surrounding area get ready because on Wednesday, June 8, Harvest Regional Food Bank is returning to Lafayette County with its TEFAP USDA Commodity Mobile Pantry.

“With the recent rise in hunger, it’s more important than ever that Harvest meet the needs of our food-insecure families where they are,” says Camille Coker Wrinkle, CEO/Executive Director. “Our goal is to continue making sure families have the food they need, even during this challenging time.”

When and Where

Harvest Regional Food Bank will be distributing TEFAP USDA Commodities directly from their truck on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, beginning at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM or until all the boxes have been distributed. The event will take place at the Lafayette County Fair Grounds located at 1360 Hwy 82 Lewisville, AR 71845.

How To Proceed

Harvest continues to take every measure to ensure the safety of its staff, volunteers and recipients. Mobile pantries are now operating as “drive-thru” distributions only. Food boxes will be loaded directly into vehicles by volunteers. Recipients are not allowed to exit the vehicle or park to pick up food. Simply drive up, stay in line and you will be loaded.

Next Mobile Pantry for Lafayette County is currently scheduled for September 14, 2022. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
