Have you always wanted to learn CPR? Here is a great opportunity to do just that. Knowing how to perform CPR can mean the difference between life and death, so wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to kick in and help someone in case of an emergency? 

We hear about it all the time in the news. Someone's life was saved all because someone usually a stranger knew CPR. It's happened in restaurants, at festivals, on planes really almost everywhere.

The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is offering the AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course on Friday, September 9. It all will take place starting at Noon and go until 3PM on the U of A Hope campus.

This course is for everyone and anyone. According to a press release;

Heartsaver CPR/AED courses are for anyone with little or no medical training who need a CPR card for work or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

The class is $50 and includes a student handbook plus a CPR AED certification card when you complete the course.
