1. Consider approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the City Council held on September 24, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

2. Resolution No. 2018-113 authorizing City Manager to enter into a contract for the 42- inch water main painting on the Red River Bridge in an amount, with the Texas portion, not to exceed $49,933.95 and the total amount not to exceed $79,500.00. Public Hearing: Council Vote: October 8, 2018

3. Resolution No. 2018-114 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for the Wright Patman Water Treatment Plant Filter Basin Troughs in an amount not to exceed $178,220. Public Hearing: Council Vote: October 8, 2018

4. Resolution No. 2018-115 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for the Millwood WTP - Valve Replacement Project in an amount, with the Texas portion, not to exceed $147,703.37 and the total amount not to exceed $235,159.00. Public Hearing: Council Vote: October 8, 2018
