Texarkana Arkansas Police Arrest 5 Teens For Breaking into Vehicles
Texarkana Arkansas Police made five arrests on Thursday, July 28. These arrests stem from the rash of the vehicle brake- ins The five men were arrested for Breaking or Entering of a Vehicle.
Two adults and three juveniles were arrested. Jin McQuinn, 19 years of age and Devoia Jackson, 18 years of age, were brought to the Miller County Jail.

The three juveniles that were arrested including two 15-year-olds and one 17-year-old of age, were brought to the Miller County Juvenile Detention Center.
Officers responded to a 911 call at 3:20 AM. The caller said 2 people broke into a vehicle that was parked at a residence.TAPD Officer Tubbs responded and was able the look at the victim’s surveillance footage.
The footage showed 2 subjects entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and then ran to a waiting dark colored 4 door sedan, which then left the scene.
More officers were called to the area to search for the suspects.

TAPD Officer McCool and a Wildlife Officer from Arkansas Game and Fish, were in the area when they and saw a Blue Toyota Corolla leaving the area where the crime occurred. They stopped the vehicle and found 5 teenagers inside.
Officer McCool and the AGFC Officer made contact with the vehicle occupants and determined it was occupied by 5 subjects. Two of the subjects were positively identified as the subjects that entered the victim’s vehicle. Officers also located articles associated with burglarizing vehicles hidden in the vehicle.
This crime is still under investigation Earlier this week there were more arrests.
Earlier this week on Tuesday, July 26 TAPD arrested two for the same thing. One juvenile was arrested and charged with several counts of Breaking or Entering into a vehicle, Vehicle Theft, and Theft of Firearms. The juvenile was taken and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center. The other arrest was of Brandon Wagstaff, an 18-year-old from New Boston, Texas. He was charged with two counts of Breaking or Entering into a Vehicle and booked into the Miller County Jail.

The TAPD still has an active felony warrant for Ladonta Davis, a nineteen-year-old male from Texarkana, Arkansas.
