Texarkana Aluminum Looks to Hire 60 Employees at $18-$24 Per Hour

Are looking for a new job in the Texarkana area that pays really well?

If so, make plans now to attend the upcoming Career Fair at the Texarkana Aluminum plant on Saturday, August 26, from 9 AM to 2 PM at 300 Alumax Drive.

According to a report from  KSLA News12, there are approximately 400 people currently employed but as the company continues to expand and grow new jobs are needed to fill positions that will soon be available.

Expansion of the company began in 2020 and the $200 million dollar project is almost complete Ian Smith, the chief operating officer is looking to add 60 additional employees to help increase production of the company that manufactures flat-rolled aluminum products for all across the United States.

If you have experience in operating equipment or managing technical equipment requirements several positions are needed. Employees that are hired will have to take a training course next month to determine who best fits the skills they are looking for in order to double the production workload expected from the company expansion.

Starting Pay

Salaries for these jobs start from $18 to $24 per hour and come with a great benefits package.
