When it comes to adding jobs, it just makes sense that Texas has led the nation in job creation and growth over the last 12 months with as many companies that are created here and the sheer volume of companies moving to Texas every year. In fact, over 2 Million jobs have been gained in the state since Greg Abbott became Governor.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced today 152 Jobs and Education for Texans (JET) grants totaling over $54 million have been awarded by the Texas Workforce Commission to public community, state, and technical colleges across the state, including our own Texarkana College.
