The Texarkana Police Department arrested Timothy Brooks, 37, of Texarkana, Ark., for Driving While Intoxicated (three or more prior convictions) and Possession of Controlled Substance (greater than 400 grams).

The Texarkana Texas Police Department continues to investigate the death of an unidentified woman whose body was found on August 12, 2016.
