The extraordinary generosity of SAU’s alumni and friends led to this year’s seventh annual Giving Day becoming one for the books.
Even in the midst of the uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 crisis, Southern Arkansas University surpassed Fall 2019 college enrollment (excluding high school enrollment) by 55 with 4,107 students compared to 4,052. Graduate enrollment increased by 11 percent with totals of 985 compared to 888. The total fall enrollment for Fall 2020 is 4,442.
Dr. L.B. “Bernie” Daniels, an alumnus of Southern Arkansas University, has been selected as a member of the 2019 Class of the Arkansas Agriculture Hall of Fame.
