Fun activities are planned all day for ages 9 to 19 at the 8th Annual Four States 4-H Day on Thursday, July 30, at the Four States Fair Ag Learning Center in Texarkana, Ark. Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. and the events start at 9:15 a.m. This is a free event for the kids.
