Notice from the Texas Department of Transportation: The railroad crossing located at US 67 and State Highway 8 in Maud will be closed this Sunday.

Brewsters on the Boulevard coffee house opened up in 2019 and from all reports seemed to be doing pretty well on Texas Blvd. A popular hangout for younger folks like my 20-year-old son who went there for one of his favorite drinks almost every day.
