Beautiful Dragon Boats Set to Race at Festival in Texarkana in June
The Texarkana Dragon Boat Race Festival is almost here. This is a fun event and it's for a great cause as it benefits HandsOn Texarkana and is presented by CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System.
