There were 11 people arrested by BCSO last week, however, there were an additional 41 people arrested by other law enforcement agencies and turned over to BCSO, and every day had at least one Assault investigation except Monday. The Bowie County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 emergency call Tuesday evening about a man being shot on Birch Street in Maud, Texas.

Simms, DeKalb, Maud, and New Boston Volunteer Fire Departments all responded to an explosion and fire Tuesday night on Country Road 4242, a little West of New Boston, upon arrival fire crews and Bowie County Sheriff's Deputies discovered three bodies inside the small building.
