ALERT: This Annoying Insect Could End Up In Your Texas Home Soon
Texas is certainly a big state with a lot of different animals in it.
We've all seen an animal go by us and we're not sure what said animal was. The animal could simply be a harmless one, or one that could potentially be harmful to somebody. Mostly though, the animals we see are cats and dogs.
But, there are indeed multiple animals in the Lone Star State. Some of them even however, we definitely don't want to see in our own homes. Yes, invasive insects are sadly a thing in Texas, and we all hate it when we discover it in our residence.
As the temperatures change, certain insects reappear in the state. And wouldn't you know it, one is making a major resurgence.
The Crane Fly And Homes In Texas
According to KHOU 11, the crane fly is back in Texas, and many residents may be annoyed about how they keep finding a way in their home. The reason, as described by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, is because of none other than spring making its way to Texas.
KHOU 11 states that crane flies life cycles begin in the spring months, which leads to us seeing many more of them, much to the chagrin of residents in the state. There is good news however.
Thankfully, as reported by KHOU 11, crane flies are a simple and harmless creature. They won't hurt us with anything sure as a stinger. But...could they just stay out of our homes?!?
