Texas Rangers Championship Tour Coming to Texarkana & Shreveport

Most Texas Rangers fans waited a lifetime for their team to hoist the World Series trophy. The team moved from Washington DC to Arlington in 1971. And despite legendary managers like Ted Williams, Billy Martin & Buck Showalter and incredible talent like Nolan Ryan and Ivan Rodriguez, the team never could win the big one. That was until 2023.

Despite a dismal end to the regular season in 2023, the Rangers were able to hold onto a playoff spot. And from the Wild Card round through the World Series, the Rangers caught FIRE. They ended up beating the Diamondbacks in 5 games to win the first World Series championship in team history.

It was a pretty historic and legendary run that fans will never forget.

A 'Once in a Lifetime' Moment for Texas Rangers Fans

If you're one of those diehard Rangers fans that have been waiting your whole life to see your team hoist the Commissioner's Trophy and call themselves World Champions, then this might be the perfect thing for you.

The Texas Rangers are taking the Commissioner's Trophy out on the road this summer, giving fans an opportunity to see and take photos with the world championship. And luckily for us, not only are they hitting most of Texas, they're coming to Louisiana too.

The Trophy Tour will hit two different locations in Shreveport on Sunday August 25th. They'll also be making stops in Texarkana, Tyler, Henderson, Marshall and other surrounding cities/towns. You can check out the list of dates in our area below or check out MLB's official website.
