
The Rescheduled Texarkana, TX Community Water Forum Is Monday
The City of Texarkana, Texas, Texarkana Water Utilities (TWU), and Riverbend Water Resources invite residents to attend a rescheduled Community Water Forum: Let’s Talk Water, an open-house style event designed to provide helpful information and answer questions related to water services, recent billing concerns, and long-term infrastructure investments.

Originally scheduled for last Monday, the event was postponed due to "Icemageddon" and will now be held Monday, February 2, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. No formal presentation is planned, and residents are encouraged to stop by at any time during the two-hour window.
On The Agenda
The Community Water Forum will allow attendees to:
- Speak directly with City staff
- TWU representatives will be on hand
- Riverbend Water Resources staff as well
- Receive one-on-one assistance
- Learn more about the projects and programs shaping Texarkana’s water future.

- TWU Help Desk – Individualized account assistance with TWU Customer Service representatives
- Riverbend Regional Water Infrastructure Program – An overview of the regional water treatment project and its long-term benefits
Residents with questions about their water bills, recent meter upgrades, or future water infrastructure investments are encouraged to attend.
