The Texarkana Arkansas Police would greatly appreciate your help in finding this man wanted on several violations including Sex Offender Registration and Stalking.
According to a release on Saturday, the Texarkana Arkansas Police are actively attempting to locate this subject for numerous violations of the Sex Offender Registration Program and Stalking. A
His name is Orangie Rose, and according to the release, Rose is aware of his active felony warrants and chooses to not comply with the registration requirements.
Rose has the following Felony Warrants in the State of Arkansas:
- Failure to comply with sex offender registration (see poster).
- Stalking 2nd Degree.

- Failure to Appear – Possession of controlled substance.
Orangie Lavell Rose was convicted of Rape on 3-19-1996. This offense involved him engaging in sexual contact with a 5-year-old female. Rose is a level 3 sex offender in Arkansas.
