Congratulations to TexAmericas as they have once again received national recognition for its commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency. For the fourth consecutive year, the Government Finance Officers Association has honored them once again with the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award the 2025 fiscal year.

The award reflects TexAmericas'  commitment to the nationally recognized guidelines, ensuring its budget  ensuring its budget serves as a policy document, financial plan, operations guide, and communications tool.

TexAmericas' Vice President of Finance, Andrew Hill said;

 “This achievement highlights our team's dedication to fiscal responsibility and transparency for our board, tenants, and stakeholders.”

Executive Director and TexAmericas CEO Scott Norton had this to say;

“Receiving this award four years in a row demonstrates the strength of our financial processes and our commitment to clear communication,”

GFOA's program has over 1700 participants, and is a benchmark for excellence and governmental budgeting. Many of the GFOA's honorees are regarded as industry leaders and set the standard for for best practices across North America.

For five consecutive years, Business Facilities Magazine has ranked TexAmericas center in the Top 10 Industrial parks in the country, and coming in at #3 for the last two years.
