Popular Eatery Opening Soon at Travel Center in Nash, Texas

Exciting news for Texarkana if you are a Fuzzy's Taco fan, Fuzzy's Taco Shop is planning to open a new location in Nash, Texas soon inside the Travel Center at 1955 N. Kings Highway.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is expected to go where the former Steak 'n Shake used to be inside the Travel Center which also has Dunkin' Donuts, Texas BBQ, and, Golden Chick.

Steak 'n Shake closed a month ago, according to the Texarkana Gazette.

Plans are already in the works to build an outdoor patio area for the new location sometime next month. Fuzzy's is famous for its variety of street tacos, burrito bowls, salads, and sides like Latin-fried potatoes, chips and cheese dip, cilantro-lime rice, and refried beans.

The new Fuzzy's Taco Shop is planning a VIP day for police and first responders, a car show, and local bands.

Grand Opening festivities will be announced soon with the store expected to be open on December 16, 2024.

This will make a second location for Fuzzy's Taco Shop, with the other on N. State Line Avenue in Texarkana.
