Five Popular Foods Vanish From Arkansas Walmart Shelves in 2024
Popular food products come and go, some people notice, others, not so much. Did you notice yet that these foods have been removed? Not just from Walmart grocery store shelves, but all other store shelves too.
1. Ronzoni - Pastina
Due to a supplier issue, these popular tiny pasta stars had to be discontinued from the Ronzoni lineup. You might still be able to find them in some places but you better hurry, apparently, when they are gone, they are gone forever.
2. Pringles - Jalapeno
Surprised to see it go, to be honest. The jalapeno flavor would seem to be a natural for this kind of chip, but they do make a bunch of flavors that are as hot and even hotter than the old standard jalapeno. Sorry about that jalapeno lovers.
3. Cheerios - Maple Flavor
Some say this was Cheerios bestest flavor, I never had the pleasure of trying it but it has gone away, at least for now.
4. Good Humor Dessert Bars - Toasted Almond
I can't remember the last time I had a Good Humor Bar, of any flavor. But they sell a ton of them every year when the weather warms up a bit. Toasted Almond had been around for about 60 years in total. Sad I guess, but it's time had come.
5. Pop Tarts - Peach Cobbler Flavor
Peach Cobbler, teally? I didn't even know they had peach cobbler. I guess I never saw it on the shelves, I sure never saw it advertised.
Bonus Bye Byes for 2024
According to Today.com here are a few bonus items that can no longer be found this year:
Raspberry Rally Girl Scout Cookies
I guess this one didn't sell very well. You know the Girl Scouts run the second-largest cookie company in the world, right? It's true. According to figures from 2019 they sell between 700 and 800 million worth of cookies each year. The only cookie company larger? Oreos.
Dunkin - Dunkaccino
Is that ad for the Dunkin' Dunkaccino for real? Did Al Pacino do that for reals? I mean, that's him in the video for sure, but did that ad campaign actually run? Did you watch that spot yet, you should. I don't remember seeing it on TV, but maybe I just missed it.
