Electrical crews from Southwestern Electric Power Company, Entergy Arkansas, and Southwestern Electric Cooperoperative continue to work diligently to restore power to the affected areas as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, a Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon today. The inclement weather is expected to begin moving out of the state by the afternoon. However, frigid temperatures in the upper teens and 20s are expected tonight so any remaining water on bridges and overpasses will re-freeze. See the complete forecast from KTALNews 6.
