Massive Upgrade: New Bailey Creek Health and Rehab Coming to Texarkana

Exciting business news for Texarkana! Bailey Creek Health and Rehab is excited to announce the start of construction of our new 71,800 square-foot skilled nursing facility located at 5111 Jefferson Avenue near I-30 East.

New State-of-the-Art Facility Bailey Creek Health and Rehab in Texarkana

This new building will replace their existing facility and will feature 138 patient beds, 88 private rooms with private showers, and 25 semi-private rooms. In addition, a 2,000 square-foot therapy gym with an outside therapy track, a large dining room, two interior courtyards, and a 22-bed dedicated Dementia care neighborhood will be included.

Bailey Creek will offer short-term rehabilitation services, physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as long-term care services, which include Dementia care.

Groundbreaking Ceremony 11 AM Texarkana, Arkansas

The newly constructed facility is expected to be completed by Spring or Summer 2027. The land is already being prepared for construction to begin soon. Bailey Creek Health and Rehab is currently located at 1621 East 42nd Street and offers Seniors 115 certified beds and skilled nursing. Daily activities include helping residents with bathing needs, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting care, and bed mobility.
