This award is given to individuals who have significantly impacted their communities through service, innovation, and dedication.

Amber Adams is a graduate of TAMUT’s Bachelor of Science in Leadership program. She now serves as the Director of Texarkana Engagement at the East Texas Food Bank. As has demonstrated her leadership by fostering partnerships and developing initiatives to fight the food insecurities in East Texas. Her ability to find community-driven solutions reflects PECE’s mission to empower careers and uplift communities.
