2nd Annual Taste of Hope Offers Food + Fun in Arkansas
If you love to eat, the first weekend in October promises to be an exciting time for residents living in Hope, Arkansas as the 2nd Annual Taste of Hope is on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024.
Taste of Hope
The Downtown Network is proud to present this food-filled event that will benefit area businesses and revitalize and preserve the historic district in downtown Hope.
Taste of Hope begins at 5 PM and goes until 8 PM with this year's theme, Diners and Drive-ins. reminiscent of the 50s and 60s, according to Hope Prescott.com.
This is the perfect time of the year for the local and surrounding communities to come together to enjoy samplings of food from the downtown businesses and local restaurants. Taste of Hope will be set up in the downtown area called the HUB in Pavilion Park.
Besides great food, there will be many other family-oriented activities that will keep attendees entertained all day.

The Hope Downtown Network building will have a pie-baking contest, a video presentation of past diners, and drive-ins in Hope. Watch a restoration video, Alley-Way Art, Paint-by-Number-Mural, and much more.
One of the highlights of Taste of Hope is that attendees can vote on the next Hope Downtown Network project with several exciting options. The Hope Downtown Network is a program under Main Street Arkansas a unique preservation-based-economic for downtown development
The evening will culminate with a free movie, Disney's Mary Poppins at Pocket Park at 8 PM presented by the Hempstead County Historical Society.

Tickets for Taste of Hope are $25 for adults and $10 for children 6-12. Tickets can be purchased at Elm Street Marketplace, Bob's Antiques, or Vintage Girls Boutique.
