Free Notary Public Seminar

The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope has partnered with the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office to offer a Notary Public Seminar.This free 90-minute class is for all current and prospective Notaries Public and will be held at the Hope Campus on Wedenesday September 12 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
