Have you ever been to Terra Studios in Northwest Arkansas? This one-of-a-kind place just might be the most bizarre on the planet but there is something very unique about walking through the grounds here.
Terra Studios
According to their Facebook page, Terra Studios is a 6-acre park and gallery that uses art to create a better world and is dedicated to promoting local art and artists by inspiring creativity for those who visit. Terra Studios is a 501c3 nonprofit, admission is FREE however, donations are encouraged.
Visitors will feel like they escaped to another world or realm in the beautifully manicured sculpture gardens with lots of sparkling glass, mesmerizing murals, and bizarre-looking mythical creatures that looked like they stepped out of a fantasy movie such as "Lord Of The Rings," or "The Hobbit.
Stone Labyrinth
Especially when you step into a seven-channel stone labyrinth or sit by a pond listening to the soothing sounds of a living landscape you will feel as though you are living in a fairytale.
Wizard's Cave
You never know what you will encounter in the Wizard's Cave where you can sit on the Wizard's throne as you study the stars. You just might feel like Harry Potter as you explore the cave with sparkling crystals, dripping water, and some unusual-looking inhabitants.
Terra Studios is also the home of the Bluebird of Happiness and the Pink Bird of Hope a stunning display of very colorful glass-blown birds in the gazebo that were handcrafted by glass artists.
You can even buy one in their unique gift shop.
Terra Studios appeals to all ages with specially designed games including a giant checker or chessboard, you can even write a poem on the huge "Wonderwall" and follow clues for a scavenger hunt by using a keepsake map.
Terra Studios is not only a place where you can enjoy its artistic art creations but you can even learn to make your own with ongoing art classes.
