It's finally here. Even when some events are being canceled due to COVID The 45 Annual Hope Watermelon Festival is still taking place this weekend. 

Everybody knows that the best watermelons come from Hope Ar and so does all the fun. The events get started tonight (Thursday, August 5) and go through Saturday, August 7 at Hope Fair Park.

Festival Theme this year 'All Juiced Up'

They are ALL JUICED UP for this event like never before, a year of COVID will do that.  Get ready for the Watermelon Eating and Seed Spitting contests for all ages, there will be a Kidz Zone, concessions, arts and crafts vendors and exhibits.

There will also be The Hope Civitan Car Show Saturday, August 7 from 8AM to 2PM.  $25 Entry Fee. Dash Plaques for the first 50 Cars.  Awards will be given for Top 3 in Class and presented around 2PM. You can call for more information (870) 648-5084 or the Hope Chamber at (870) 777-3640.
